Obama did a terrible job at "asking" questions but I do respect and agree with what he had to say about everything. Vote Obama! It's time for a new kind of America!

This conflict has put the struggle we should be fighting in Afghanistan and Pakistan into the background. This was continues to be painted by our adminstration under false pretenses that we are fighting the war on terror in direct response to the 9/11 attacks.

obama stated the situation and question cleary and unflinchingly. However, i doubt the military would ever state that it will have to give up. It's time to realize that no amount of our soldier's lives will resolve the ethno-sectarian civil war that Iraq has become. More pressure has to be put on the Iraqi security forces to protect their own country. Continued American prescence in Iraq will only serve to strengthen Al Qaeda globally and increase political tension with Iran.

Yea, I think he droned on because like me he knows the meeting is a show. They know all the answers and the general knows what he is going to do. NOTHING said there was meant to change anything, it was meant to inform the people. Some senators tell you what is going wrong, some tell you what is going right, you decide from their. That is the way it works. Their final decisions come in a different chamber... and the decision making process happens in offices and resorts. Tejun

The other candidates only wish they had the voting track record that Ron Paul holds. "The Constitution is the guide which I never will abandon." - George Washington "The probability that we may fail in the struggle ought not to deter us from the support of a cause we believe to be just." - Abraham Lincoln I have posted a blog about Ron Paul that I would like you to take a look at on MySpace under the account name BigRedBrent. Spread the word, the media will not!

Here's our next President with seven minutes of time to ask questions at a Congressional Hearing on the war in Iraq.... a fact finding hearing...it takes six minutes & 30 thirty seconds for him to ask a question (if its a question). And then he keeps talking without waiting for a response. Is this how our next President listens to counsel or does he already know it all?
