If YOU want to make a point, learning grammar maybe a good idea.
He's talking about the reality of most of the western world which has forgotten Palestine. The cadillac was only a metaphor for materialistic items which distract people from what's happening around the globe.
You is also only a metaphor. If you don't fit in that bracket, good for you.

Look at it this way, Im arab N i live a normal life but I can only hear and feel what he says We have no idea what those people go through. I dont think he means it in a way of sayin that all us people in the USA worry bout our cadi, I think he means it in a way of sayin we worry bout what we gotta pay n HOW much we're gonna lose, but our lives are not in as much danger as theirs.

Even the comment section reveals the reality how the western world sees the killings in the middle east/Palestine/Iraq and soon to be Iran.
Come on, people a little humanity? It doesn't matter, whether you're white, black, brown, yellow or even gray. We're all the same, same blood, same soul, and same species.
This portrays very little of what happened in Palestine and Iraq. May peace reign, once again and a happiness prevail, for they've had enough loss and a sad deal of violence.

Look I can swear at you and stuff but no, because that proves that I'm blinded by our differences, He's not telling you how you feel but are u really gonna tell me 3/4 of the world don't judge by where they come from and how they look?? hey guys... I thought I'd share the fact that the lyrics of this song are inspired by a poem written by a Palestinian teenager by the name of Gihad Ali (look it up on the Internet). So, this song isn't strictly based on the opinion of Outlandish but the girl who wrote this beautiful piece...the title is "A Palestinian Talking to Americans"...that should say enough. Peace.
