Description: The speaker, Spike Parris, is a former engineer in the U.S. military space program. This presentation goes through each planet in our Solar System (and a few of their moons), and shows how each one discredits evolutionary theories in a different way. Includes about 100 beautiful photos taken from various space probes and the Hubble Space Telescope. Seattle Creation Conference, 2006. I invite you to visit the Christian Apologetics group. http://www.youtube.com/group/ChristianApologetics |

pstrakes ::: Favorites 2007-03-04 04:23:04 people are so desperate to believe in god, it seems as though they fear mortality. is that the driving force behind their theory? just because some things are not yet understood does not mean the explaination is god, perhaps it is science theory that will gradually form, dare i say it, that will evolve? __________________________________________________
topkev ::: Favorites 2007-03-01 12:57:50 so because mercury has a magnetic field, god exists. nice. __________________________________________________
MickeyT54 ::: Favorites 2007-02-27 12:06:41 Science is a great thing, yet, who has a superior explaination of what happened? Creationists and scientists use their own "crutch" to explain their side of the story. Remember no one was there when this all happened! We can surmise from certain evidence, true, but what we eventually come to believe is, part fact, part theory and part faith. And that's it. You just have to decide which team you want to play on. __________________________________________________
musicalaviator ::: Favorites 2007-02-17 08:37:29 What illusion? Scientists are constantly updating theories to fit physical evidence in space/on the ground. Creationists are constantly never updating anything to fit written evidence in the bible. __________________________________________________
mayartay ::: Favorites 2007-02-16 00:54:30 The point seems irrelevant. It's like saying you got an iPod for Christmas, so isn't science great? I think you are misinterpreting this video if you see it as science vs. anti-science. Besides, scientists also predicted many scientific breakthroughs that did not come to pass. __________________________________________________
mayartay ::: Favorites 2007-02-15 22:50:26 That's not the kind of evolution that Spike is talking about. See the first video. Also, asteroid impacts don't explain why the planets are spinning or why some spin in the opposite direction from others. I think this destroys the illusion that scientists have all the answers. __________________________________________________
smartz100 ::: Favorites 2007-02-15 11:47:10 I have articles where scientists in the 80's said a 99mhz computer was the limit. These were very smart people and the reasoning was sound. Now we run in the multiple GHz realm - WOW. Are your computers all a Miracle of god? or maybe some smart people made some wrong assumptions, or had a bad model. Changing a model or assumption don't default to a god. __________________________________________________
musicalaviator ::: Favorites 2007-02-13 08:01:03 How the hell does Mercury disprove Evolution which is based on living organisms on Earth? Also, If he want's an impact crater, Try Coloris basin. 1/5th of the planet is a single huge crater. The rest of the video is like this too. Asking questions and ignoring the answers instead saying "1st Corinthians bla bla" proves something, instead of a huge massive crater. __________________________________________________
WWB3 ::: Favorites 2007-02-09 00:37:08 sorry buddy, science has explained your big feet. The point is that scientist don't know much in the grand scheme of the universe and all theories must be admitted. Like the hippies say "open your mind to all ideas". Dont have to agree just stay open. __________________________________________________
andrewmhawkins ::: Favorites 2007-02-08 08:24:30 I have big feet. Science has yet to come up with an explanation of my big feet. Therefore they must be evidence for a God. Argh! Mercury can't be this dense but this speaker can be. __________________________________________________
mayartay ::: Favorites 2007-01-23 00:44:24 If you search news dot nationalgeographic dot com, there is a April 06 news item titled, "Asteroid Crash on Mercury Splattered Earth." This impact supposedly removed 16 quadrillion tons of light material from Mercury. __________________________________________________ |
