DuffStuff26 ::: Favorites yeah, that is often the problem with particle physics that it may actually be impossible to ever detect a particle, like the graviton, i was reading also about a theoretical particle that can't be tested for because the amount of energy needed to find it is more than can be produced on earth or something like that. 07-08-28 13:12:00 __________________________________________________
AtheistAaron ::: Favorites Right but again, that's theory, as strong as it would be. I'd really like to see physical evidence of the graviton, which is going to be very, very difficult. DuffStuff26 ::: Favorites if they could unify the gravitational force with the four fundamental forces then pretty much all of big bang would be completed, as for the graviton that would be basically proven if science could prove the unification of the the eltro-weak, strong unification to gravity. 07-08-28 03:25:15 __________________________________________________
DuffStuff26 ::: Favorites Its hard to say which theory is correct or even if either is wrong, like I said it hasn't been bery long since people of both string theory and standard model started to work together and some of the theories that couldn't be explained by one could by others, like orginaly string theory predicted 10 dimensions but the math didn't quite work out, then by going into standard model's 11 dimensions string theory worked itself out. 07-08-28 03:22:14 __________________________________________________
