All topics should be discussed intelligently and rationally. Things like susceptibility to disease, tendency towards certain behaviour(s), and the like can be explored and there may be beneficial research to be had there. Intelligence and other "attributes" may be affected by genetics, but it is doubtful that they are related to "race", and it has been proven that environment and experience are the most powerful forces in "intelligence" (the measure of which is difficult at best, and impossible at worst, anyhow).

Actually the first people have been around nearly 200,000 years and for 150,000 years they didnt advance very far. Only when they migrated out of Africa did they evolve into the Mongoloid or Caucasoid.
